The Commissioner’s schedule is available to the public on the county website or through the Administration office by calling 244-1800. You may request that a schedule be sent to you weekly, either by e-mail and or postal mail.

When and where does the Board of County Commissioner meet?

The Board of County Commissioners meets:

Mondays at 9:00 am for the Administrative Hearing
Tuesdays at 9:00 am for Land Use Hearing. Additionally,
First Monday of each month at 1:30pm, as the Boar of Human Services

Meetings are held in the Public Hearing Room in the Old Courthouse, 544 Rood Ave, second floor. Additionally, meetings are broadcast on cable channel 12 and on the county’s web site. Previous public hearings are also available on the web site for your review.

How can I find out ahead of time what will be on the Commissioner’s agenda for a particular meeting?

The Commissioner’s agenda is available on the Friday before each meeting. The agenda is made available on the county website or you may call 244-1800 or stop by during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday) to request an agenda.
